NEXCOPE NIM900

INVERT METALLURGICAL RESEARCH MICROSCOPE

Inverted Metallographic Microscope That Can Meet the Observation Needs of Large and Heavy

The Nexcope NIM900 inverted metallographic microscope is specifically designed for large, heavy or irregularly shaped samples. It is widely used in steel, automobile, microelectronics and other industries. It has excellent imaging quality, fast inspection capabilities and a user-friendly design, with Kohler illumination and NIS45 series metallographic special lenses to ensure accurate color reproduction. Its three-layer mechanical mobile platform has a load capacity of 30 kg. Its turntable with six-station observation module makes it easy to switch between different observation modes. It is equipped with a low focusing mechanism and a 45° inclined observation head to increase working comfort. In addition, the microscope is equipped with image processing system, which supports image fusion, HDR imaging, real-time measurement and other functions to meet various image processing needs.

NIS45 SERIES METALOGRAPHIC LENS SET

Accurate color reproduction is achieved by using carefully selected high-permeability glass and advanced coating technology. There are also a variety of lenses to choose from, including high-resolution, polarizing, and ultra-long working distance lenses to suit different detection needs.

MULTIPLE OPTICAL OUTPUT

The camera interface is on the Microscope head, with an optical output on the left and right for connecting cameras and various application accessories. Thanks to the beam splitter, the division of different optical paths is realized and the conversion is fast and convenient. It can also be equipped with 0.5X, 0.7X and 1XC type adapters and various types of cameras to meet different imaging requirements.

EXTRA OPTICAL MAGNIFICATION

The 1000x magnification provided by a 100X objective can be increased to 1500x with the help of an extra 1.5X lens.

KOHLER LIGHTING

Köhler is known as the excellent microscope illumination system; Expands the capabilities of your microscope while providing an excellent, uniform field of view.

HIGHLY FLEXIBLE STRUCTURE, MORE POSSIBILITIES

MULTIPLE ADJUSTMENT SLIDERS TO ACHIEVE CLEAR IMAGES

Various adjustment sliders and Adjust the angle of view to get clear images Aperture can be used to adjust the field of view size and image sharpness and adjust the wedges to a certain degree. The filter diaphragm allows you to easily adjust the brightness or color of the light. Analyzer sliders can adjust imaging during polarization and DIC observations. It is used in conjunction with multiple filters to ensure high quality microscopy imaging.

OBSERVATION TURRET WITH 6 STATIONS

With the six-station rotating turret, all applications of microscopy such as brightfield, darkfield, DIC and Fluorescence imaging can be used.

You can change the observation mode by turning the dial during use, ensuring accurate positioning and comfortable use.

X-Y-Z CONTROL NEAR THE GROUND

The focusing mechanism, platform moving arm and brightness adjustment allow users to use the microscope in the most comfortable posture.

45° INCLINED OBSERVATION HEAD

You can reduce fatigue by observing in a natural position, either sitting or standing. At the same time, the distance between the eyepieces of the observation head can be adjusted and the diopter can be adjusted. It can meet the usage habits of different operators.

MECHANICAL TABLE

Three-layer mechanical mobile platform, platform size: 340X230mm, movement range 130X85mm, load bearing up to 30kg. Suitable for large working space, place large and heavy samples. The surface of the stage is resistant to scratches and is suitable for observing materials and parts of different structures. It is also equipped with a variety of stage trays, and stages with different shapes and openings allow observation and analysis of a variety of small samples.

WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS AND OBSERVATION METHODS

Today, as materials science research continues to deepen, a single observation mode can no longer meet the increasingly complex scientific research and investigation requirements.

NIM900 can meet various observation requirements. Whether you're looking at basic bright field, polarized light, or complex DIC and fluorescence observations, you'll get clear, realistic, and complete images.

PANAROMIC IMAGE COMPOSITION

It can quickly combine small images to create large, high-resolution images.

REAL-TIME/STATIC MEASUREMENTS

General observation and quality control require interactive measurement functions such as distance, angle, rectangle, circle and ellipse.

REAL-TIME HDR IMAGE

When observing different samples, high contrast areas can be seen on the sample surface. HDR allows users to create perfectly exposed images.

DEPTH FUSION / 3D REPORTING

NEXCOPE NIM900 provides depth fusion and 3D reconstruction capabilities.
