NEXCOPE NIM600

INVERT ROUTINE METALLURGICAL MICROSCOPE

Inverted metal microscope for all types of metallographic samples

The NIM610 metallographic microscope can place the sample above the objective lens and observe the sample from below, which is widely used in steel, automobile, machinery, electronics and other industries.

In the case of uneven samples or large volumes, the sample is placed on the stage, which can be easily and quickly observed. NIM600 can be used for large and heavy samples up to 5 kg and is suitable for observation at magnifications of tens to thousands of times.Work with NOMIS analysis software to support a wide range of metallurgical imaging analysis needs, enabling you to further study the impact of different processes on your samples.

NEXCOPE NIM620

The NEXCOPE 620 model comes with the following superior features compared to the 610 model.

  • Ergonomic Photo Tube
  • Dark Field Imaging
  • Aperture adjustment knobs positioned on the front

ADJUSTABLE LED COLOR TEMPERATURE

The color temperature of the LED light is adjustable, the brightness is constant, and it can provide true color images at all brightnesses. You do not need to change the bulbs frequently because they have a long life. Low heat generation, no risk of overheating and No need for fan cooling creates a quiet and continuous working environment.

CONTROL PANEL

The LCD screen on the front of the microscope can display the microscope usage status (magnification, light intensity, standby status, etc.).

MEMORY OBJECTIVE

It remembers the light brightness when using each lens and can automatically adjust the light intensity when switching between multiple lenses. This reduces eye fatigue and increases work efficiency.

ONE INVERTED METAL MICROSCOPE FOR ALL TYPES OF METALLOGRAPHIC SAMPLES

The large working area is suitable for large and heavy samples. The stage surface is scratch-resistant, making it suitable for observing a variety of materials and shapes.

Table brackets, holders, gasket shapes and holes are also diverse; this allows you to perform observation and analysis of multiple small samples. The flexible and low-mounted X-Y control provides both accuracy and convenience for observing sample movement.

REAL TIME HDR AND DEPTH OF FIELD FUSION/3D RECONSTRUCTION

The surface of metallographic samples is rough and highly reflective, making it difficult to observe fine metallographic structures and defects. Uncertain grain textures and surface conditions can affect image quality, acceptance and measurement results.

HDR mode makes it easy to observe dazzling crystalline fragments of metallurgical structures that are difficult to observe using conventional modes. This improves imaging accuracy, reduces false decisions and increases measurement confidence. Depth of field compositing allows you to create fully focused images of the entire sample, regardless of whether the polished surface is irregular or curved, significantly reducing effort and working time.

IMAGE STITCHING

A single photo may not meet your testing standard, we can overcome this problem with panoramic image stitching.
