Used in conjunction with the NIB1000 inverted microscope, the NCF1000 can produce high-quality confocal images with a 25 mm field of view (FOV). The wide field of view reduces the number of images and image acquisition time required to stitch large images. It also provides uniform brightness, high efficiency, and high throughput on large samples.

Devonvolution

2D images can be de-blurred. Multiple deconvolution operations can be applied to eliminate the shot noise component in confocal images. 3D deconvolution technique can also be used for multi-dimensional images.

Adaptive Focus System (AFM)

NIB1000 uses an independent focusing design to minimize the influence of other mechanical components on the Z-axis. The newly designed Adaptive Focus System (AFS) intelligently eliminates focus deviation. No matter the large NA value of high-magnification objective or the use of super-resolution, confocal, TIRF and other imaging technologies, it always delivers a clear and sharp image.

High Specification LED Fluorescent Lighting System

LED4 achieves up to 4 channels of LED illumination, excitation energy concentration, large brightness, to meet the needs of daily experimental fluorescence imaging. It can be used continuously with power on, long life, no need to replace the bulb. Reduces photobleaching and phototoxicity, friendly to living cell samples

 

Interactive Operation

The front panel of NIB1000 is designed as a touch screen, which greatly improves the ease of use and functional expandability of human-computer interaction. The traditional microscope handles and buttons are retained on the left and right sides. With this design, it can be easily controlled even in dark laboratory environments. Researchers can focus on the essence of their experiments without complicated operations and experience efficient, trouble-free microscopic observation.

Wide aperture optical system and fluorescent illumination

Equipped with large aperture tube lens, significantly increase the amount of light, combined with wide-field CMOS sensor, it is easy to achieve bright field and fluorescence imaging up to FOV25mm. Designed for FOV25mm wide field of view, the fluorescent illuminator device is equipped with high-power LED light to provide a wide high-transmittance illumination spectrum including ultraviolet spectrum, while the matched large-diameter fluorescent filters provide fluorescent images with high signal-to-noise ratio.

The 5.6-inch touch screen on the front of the fuselage can control the objective lens, double/single layer fluorescent filter turret, condenser light intensity, motorized stage speed, motorized Z-axis speed, beam splitter, ESC output, FN key, objective focus and other electrical components by touch. It displays the objective magnification, illumination brightness, fluorescent channel, output port, XYZ position and speed and other components in real time.
